Forty5˚ provides specialist advice and services regarding party wall surveying and building consultancy. We assist commercial and residential property owners, builders and architects across London.

Our practice is based in Shoreditch with clients throughout London & the South East. We regularly work alongside Architects from the early stages so that your project can be delivered without unnecessary delay. All our surveyors are qualified and are registered members of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

We also offer development consultancy services and through feasibility studies and cost analysis we are able to advise on property / land development potential.
